• The shoes are designed for indoor use.
  • Taking off the shoes should be preceded by properly loosening the laces and/or unfastening the straps in the case of shoes with straps.
  • Avoid removing the shoes by pressing the toe of one shoe against the heel of the other. Such sliding off of the shoes may damage the toes and heels. The consequences of such actions include, among others, the risk of damaging the sole in the toe and heel areas.
  • It is best to remove the shoes while seated, holding the heel area with your hand and smoothly pulling the shoes off while simultaneously moving your foot in the opposite direction. Properly fitting (size-wise) and prepared (loosened laces/straps) shoes should come off your feet effortlessly. There is no need for a very firm grip with your hand either, as squeezing the heel can affect the ease of removing the shoes.
