Returns / Exchanges

You can return any product ordered from our store within 14 days of the delivery date.

• Only products that show no signs of use, are originally tagged, and packed in undamaged packaging are eligible for return.
• Please include the return form, which you can find [HERE], with your shipment.

Shipment Verification:
When your return reaches us, we will verify if it matches your order and the return form.

Refund Process:
You will receive your refund via the payment method chosen during purchase within 14 days from the day we receive your return.

• For payments made via bank transfer, the refund will be sent to the account used for the original payment.
• For cash-on-delivery payments, the refund will be sent to the account provided in the return form.
